PlayStation Drops 10 Free Games You Can Grab Now Without PS Plus

If you’re into the puzzle adventure genre and don’t mind a bit of a challenge, there’s not one, but 10 free games waiting for you on the PlayStation Store this time.

Developer Five-BN has put all of its caliber into making some of the most exciting casual titles, including Lost Lands, a popular series that follows a modern-day woman named Susan as she navigates a magical fantasy realm and solves complex puzzles and hidden-object mysteries to save it from ancient evils. You can now play almost the entire series for free on your PlayStation 5 console, and no—you don’t need a PlayStation Plus subscription to explore them. Here’s a list of all Lost Lands games that are now available on the Sony console:

  • Lost Lands: Dark Overlord
  • Lost Lands: The Four Horsemen
  • Lost Lands: The Golden Curse
  • Lost Lands: The Wanderer
  • Lost Lands: Ice Spell
  • Lost Lands: Mistakes of the Past
  • Lost Lands: Redemption
  • Lost Lands: Sand Captivity
  • Lost Lands: Stories of the First Brotherhood
  • Lost Lands X

The first Lost Lands game was released for PC in 2014 before eventually being ported to other platforms, including mobile devices, Nintendo Switch, Xbox, and PlayStation. The titles that followed generally adopted a similar release pattern, launching first on PC and mobile before receiving console launches later.

Interestingly, Five-BN Games had already made the first three games of the series free to play on PlayStation in December 2025. Lost Lands: The Wanderer and Lost Lands: Ice Spell were also slated for release shortly afterward, and the developer followed through with the promise. The remaining titles subsequently arrived on schedule as well, leaving us with gripping back-to-back puzzle games to enjoy, perfect after a long day at work or for a weekend marathon.

If you’re wondering why you should try Lost Lands, here’s my two cents: The series has each of its entries introducing a new, exciting threat while slowly fleshing out the mythology of the mysterious world for you to savor. From battling the legendary Four Horsemen and breaking ancient curses to voyaging through frozen wastelands and forgotten deserts, as Susan, you always get to tackle new adventures as you seek to save the realm from danger. All the games combine hidden-object gameplay with inventory-based puzzle solving, such as combining items, deciphering clues, unlocking secret mechanisms, and exploring richly detailed environments. Five-BN uses a familiar formula for every one of them, yet it’s hard to get bored. Each entry contains its own unique settings, memorable characters, and twists, making it easy to jump into as a beginner while also rewarding those who play through the series in order.

Lost Lands 10

Note that there are a total of 11 games in the Lost Lands series, and only 10 of them are currently playable for free on the PlayStation 5. The latest title—Stories about the Sorceress, the Prince and the Minotaur—hasn’t yet been ported to the console, but it’s scheduled for release on June 26 and will also be free to play. It is, however, already available on the Play Store, App Store, Xbox, and Steam (not free).

To download any of the free Lost Lands games, you can just launch the PlayStation Store app, search for the name, and hit Add to library.
