Mace Windu was always deceptively powerful, from his use of Shatterpoint to his lightsaber skills. But in combat, Mace proved himself with his lightsaber skills, balancing Dark Side abilities to make him a deadlier opponent. It demanded a lot from him, but his focus proved his strength.
While Yoda focuses heavily on acrobatics in combat, Mace is all about channeling his rage into something deadly. Like Yoda, he could hold his own against Palpatine and beat him, something Yoda could not, and he proved that he could also beat his master.
Luke Skywalker Reached a Powerful Level of Enlightenment

Luke Skywalker may have been a powerful instrument to aid the Chosen One, but that didn’t mean he lacked power as well. With an understanding of the Dark and Light Side of the Force, there was little that could risk corrupting him.
By the end of his life, Luke, with one more lesson from Yoda, understood the Force on a deeper level and made him immensely powerful. While he couldn’t beat Yoda most of his life, his final act showed that his strength far surpassed his mentor.
The Father Represented the Balance of the Force
The Father was a God of Mortis and was found by Anakin, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Ahsoka Tano in a strange realm. He represented the balance between light and dark and was immensely powerful as a result. However, his time alive was growing thin, and he also grew desperate.
He offered Anakin to take his place and represent the balance, but he refused, which likely was a reference to the imbalance in the galaxy taking place. The Father was strong, but by offering his place to Anakin, it proved that there was one stronger than him, and both could easily overpower Yoda at that point.
Anakin Skywalker is a Child of the Force

Anakin Skywalker has been, and always will be, the Chosen One sent to bring balance to the Force. The child of Shmi Skywalker, she explained that he was a product of immaculate conception, believed to be a manipulation of midichlorians that led to a child with limitless potential.
Though Anakin turned to the Dark Side, he returned to the light when it counted and fulfilled the prophecy. In that time, he gained immense power and knowledge, only held back by his prothetics, and at his height could’ve easily overpowered Yoda in a battle of the Force rather than lightsabers.
