Adrian has been writing, critiquing, and thinking about games since he first picked up an N64 controller many years ago. These days he writes reviews, news, and features for Game Rant and believes games should be held to the same artistic standards as books, movies, and television shows. When he’s not writing for Game Rant, Adrian writes even more reviews for Sirus Gaming and likes to get nerdy about tech and retro games at HackerNoon. Outside the gaming world, he spends plenty of time enjoying movies or listening to every genre of music under the sun. Follow him on Twitter for nonsense tweets likely related to Dragon Ball Z, or check out Breadhouse Records for some tunes.
Fans subscribed to the Extra and Premium tiers of PlayStation Plus can now enjoy two new games. PlayStation Plus recently changed how it will deliver games throughout the month for its Extra and Premium subscribers, with June being the first month to institute the new release schedule.

It’s Officially the End of an Era for PlayStation Plus
It’s now the end of an era for the PlayStation Plus subscription service thanks to a controversial new decision by Sony.
PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscribers can play Final Fantasy 16 and Gitaroo Man right now, with more games to follow on June 23 and June 30. Final Fantasy 16 is Square Enix’s latest mainline entry to the Final Fantasy franchise, taking a more action-oriented approach to its gameplay rather than its traditional turn-based or strategy-based mechanics. Reviews praised Final Fantasy 16 for its story and combat, ranking it high on the list of great FF games. Meanwhile, Gitaroo Man is a classic PS2 rhythm game from 2001, which is finally seeing a re-release 20 years after its PSP port in 2006.
