The Crown of Gondor has finally come to life in stunning detail, but fans of The Lord of the Rings won’t have an easy time getting hold of it for themselves. A replica of the Crown of Gondor is now available from Pure Arts, but there are only 1,500 available, and once it sells out, it’s gone for good.
Pure Arts also released an exclusive edition of the Crown of Gondor, but it’s already sold out, so it’s safe to assume the standard version won’t be around for long. The replica is priced at $749.99 and is in stock in North America, the United Kingdom, and Europe for a limited time.
The Pure Arts Crown of Gondor 1/1 Scale Replica is Everything The Lord of the Rings Fans Need
The official product description for the Crown of Gondor 1/1 Scale Replica from Pure Arts reads, “PureArts and Warner Bros. Discover Global Consumer Products have joined forces again to present the fourth installment of their movie-perfect Lord of the Rings collectibles: The Lord of the Rings Crown of Gondor 1/1 Scale Replica.”
“The Crown of Gondor, sometimes known as the winged crown or Silver Crown, is made of gold and silver colored metal and sits atop a polyresin LED-lit white city of Minas Tirith. The Lord of the Rings Crown of Gondor Replica is your next must-have LOTR collectible from PureArts!”
True to its description, the Pure Arts Crown of Gondor 1/1 Scale Replica is truly stunning, featuirng a metal crown on a polyresin Minas Tarth base. The exclusive edition of the crown, which is now sold out, also included a large embroidered Gondor wall banner. While the standard version is missing this detail, it’s still a stunning collectible that brings part of the LotR series to life.
Apart from the latest Pure Arts creation, The Lord of the Rings fans have plenty of new releases to look forward to, including a couple of big-budget productions. The first of these, The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power Season 3, is slated to premiere on Prime Video on November 11, and will pick up years after the events of Season 2, charting the Elves and the Dark Lord Sauron at its absolute peak.
Next up is The Lord of the Rings: The Hunt for Gollum, which will make its way into theaters on Dec. 17, 2027. Directed by Andy Serkis, who is also reprising his iconic role as the titular character, The Lord of the Rings: The Hunt for Gollum is breaking entirely new ground as the very first live-action feature film in the franchise to be helmed by someone other than the legendary Peter Jackson.
Although some fans are wary of such an idea, Jackson himself previously explained exactly why he decided not to take charge of The Lord of the Rings: The Hunt for Gollum. “You’re taking written things by Tolkien and filming them from a certain POV, and that means you have to get inside his head.” Jackson added, “I’ve got no particular desire to get inside Gollum’s head. Andy Serkis can do that himself.”
The standard edition Pure Arts Crown of Gondor 1/1 Scale Replica is available to purchase via Pure Arts now.
