New Fallout: New Vegas content is on the way, giving fans a chance to own a representation of one of its beloved characters, and giving another sliver of hope that a remake or remaster is on the way.
As of the time of writing, the main platform for new Fallout content is Fallout 76, which receives regular updates that add new sections to the game. While the Fallout TV show is continuing to be produced, there’s no solid word regarding the next mainline entry in the franchise, nor has Bethesda confirmed any remakes or remasters for older titles, leaving fans desperate for any scrap of information about fresh titles.
McFarlane Toys Is Releasing Fallout: New Vegas Toys
If Bethesda doesn’t capitalize on the success of the Fallout TV show, then Todd McFarlane will. In a segment on IGN Live, McFarlane revealed some of the new action figures being released by his company, McFarlane Toys. These include several figures from various Fallout games and Helldivers 2, with one recognizable to Fallout: New Vegas fans.
The figure is based on Joshua Graham from Fallout: New Vegas, who was a major character in the Honest Hearts DLC. Joshua is scarred and burned, meaning the figure is bandaged up, brandishing a single pistol. Like many high-quality figures, the Joshua toy comes with several different hands that can be switched out. Joshua is also joined by figures based on Paladin Danse from Fallout 4 and T-45 Power Armor from Fallout 76.
Is A Fallout: New Vegas Remake On The Way?
There had been rumors of Fallout: New Vegas figures from McFarlane Toys, which led fans to believe that a remaster or remake is on the way. Frankly, Bethesda should have had one in development the moment the Fallout TV show was a hit, and the second season was taking elements from Fallout: New Vegas, but some companies just don’t like money.
There have been rumors of a Fallout: New Vegas remaster/remake on the way, but it’s unclear what level of quality it will have. Bethesda could easily throw a version with all the DLC and updated visuals on PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2 and call it a day, but if that were on the cards, it would have done so in time for the second season of the Fallout TV show.
Hopefully, Bethesda is working on a Fallout: New Vegas release that’s of the same level of quality as The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remastered. Fallout: New Vegas is one of the best entries in the franchise, one that was slammed at launch for its poor quality, and a new iteration all these years later can give a new audience a better first impression of the story.

The Fallout franchise, a hallmark of post-apocalyptic gaming, transports players to a retro-futuristic world devastated by nuclear war. Set in an alternate history where advanced technology and 1950s culture collide, the series begins in the year 2077, when nuclear bombs devastate the Earth. Survivors emerge from massive underground bunkers called Vaults to navigate the harsh wastelands, filled with mutants, raiders, and remnants of pre-war society.
Each game in the series, from the original Fallout to the latest installment, presents a unique narrative centered around themes of survival, exploration, and moral ambiguity. Players often assume the role of a Vault Dweller or Wastelander, making crucial decisions that shape the fate of various factions and settlements. With its open-world design, intricate storytelling, and deep role-playing mechanics, Fallout has captivated audiences, offering a rich blend of action, strategy, and atmospheric storytelling that examines the enduring human spirit amidst desolation.
