From June 19 to June 21, Fortnite players can take part in the “ultimate pre-party” ahead of the Crunchyroll premiere of the Dr. STONE Science Future finale on June 25. Apart from episodes of the series itself, players will also be privy to exclusive content ranging from creator insights into the series to themed challenges and weapons. Players can find the island in Fortnite by searching by name, or by using the island code — 6044-5327-4490.

Based on author Riichiro Inagaki and artist Boichi’s hit 2017 manga of the same name, the Dr. STONE anime by TMS Entertainment premiered in 2019 and quickly established a dedicated fan base of its own. Since then, Dr. STONE has received largely rave reviews from critics and audiences alike over the course of four seasons, or cour, and counting. As of the time of writing, DR. STONE holds a 95% audience-generated “Popcornmeter” score on the review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes, based on more than 100 user-submitted reviews.

The official logline for Dr. STONE from Crunchyroll reads, “Several thousand years after a mysterious phenomenon that turns all of humanity to stone, the extraordinarily intelligent, science-driven boy, Senku Ishigami, awakens. Facing a world of stone and the total collapse of civilization, Senku makes up his mind to use science to rebuild the world.”

The logline continues, “Starting with his super-strong childhood friend Taiju Oki, who awakened at the same time, they will begin to rebuild civilization from nothing… Depicting two million years of scientific history from the Stone Age to present day, the unprecedented crafting adventure story is about to begin!”

The fourth and final cour of the Dr. STONE anime, subtitled Science Future, premiered in 2025 with the first 24 of 37 total episodes. Dr. STONE Science Future returned in April with the final batch of 13 episodes, the last of which will air on June 25, while the penultimate episode of the series is slated for premiere on June 18. Throughout Science Future, the world of Dr. STONE has expanded beyond what almost anyone expected, with the series’ core cast of characters having set their sights on the Moon itself as their next destination.

The Dr. STONE X Crunchyroll Anime Island event in Fortnite begins on June 19.
