Islands in Fortnite are playable maps or campaigns, such as the main Battle Royale island, Reload, Fortnite OG, and Creative/UEFN creator-made islands.
Fortnite also features separate themed experiences like LEGO Fortnite Odyssey, LEGO Brick Life, Rocket Racing, Fortnite Festival, etc. Because Fortnite updates often, the exact featured islands rotate, but Epic currently frames the game as a hub where players “choose an island and drop in,” and the new SW: Open-World RP was recently added to give Star Wars fans an exciting option.
