Solo Leveling is gearing up for a major event this July, which will let fans revisit some iconic moments and battles from Sung Jinwoo’s life in real time.
Per Essential Japan, the Solo Leveling Exhibition is officially coming to Tokyu Plaza Shibuya in Tokyo this July. The event, which will run from July 17 to Sept. 27, is the first interactive exhibition of its kind in Japan.
It will replicate pivotal locations from the series, centering on Sung Jinwoo’s journey from an E-rank hunter to the Shadow Monarch. Attendees can experience the Cartenon Temple, the Double Dungeon and the Jeju Island Raid through life-sized figures, panoramic video productions and interactive content. The venue will also feature exclusive merchandise sales and a themed cafe designed to fully immerse guests.

The exhibition will be held at the special event space on the fourth floor of the Tokyu Plaza, which is directly connected to Shibuya Station. This is done with a view to allow convenient access for visitors who want to check the exhibition out. Tickets are currently available through major Japanese booking agencies for fans to purchase.
Following the Tokyo run, the exhibition is scheduled to travel to other major hubs in Japan, including Osaka and Yokohama, before heading to overseas destinations, which include Taiwan, China, Hong Kong and even North America.
The Solo Leveling exhibition originally debuted in Seoul, South Korea, last December as the world’s first interactive exhibition for the franchise. Due to overwhelming demand, organizers extended the South Korean run at DUEX Hongdae, which was originally scheduled to close on March 1, until May 25.
Solo Leveling Season 3 Still Has No Official Confirmation
The news about this Solo Leveling event arrives as official news regarding the television broadcast of Solo Leveling Season 3 remains limited. Despite airing two record-breaking seasons, neither Aniplex nor the production committee has confirmed an exact broadcast date for the next installment of the anime.
However, recent financial reports from D&C Media, the franchise’s intellectual property holder, revealed that Season 3 is expected to be released sometime between 2027 and 2028. In addition to that, a theatrical film covering the Double Dungeon arc is also scheduled for release before the third season airs.
Speaking about the franchise’s return, Crunchyroll President Rahul Purini noted that A-1 Pictures is actively working on the next installment of the anime and hopes to make an official announcement soon. Solo Leveling recently became the first anime to hit 1 million ratings on the streaming platform.
Initially released as a Korean web novel written by Chugong, Solo Leveling has accumulated over 14.3 billion views worldwide and topped charts in several countries. The story follows Sung Jinwoo, an E-Rank hunter dubbed as “the weakest hunter of all mankind,” who receives a unique system interface that allows him to keep powering up after surviving a deadly double dungeon encounter.
The first two seasons of Solo Leveling are currently streaming on Crunchyroll.
